Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (7 to 18 days not including 2-5 days processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. SENSOLUM does not offer refunds or exchanges in these situations: 

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of SENSOLUM (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of sensolum.com

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*You can submit refund requests within 30 days after the guaranteed period for delivery has expired. You can do this by emailing us at support@sensolum.com

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

We reserve the right to charge shipping on certain selected products. The products we charge shipping for will be indicated and will be reflected upon checkout. Shipping is non refundable.
